Quality Analyst

As a Quality Analyst at Digitech Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products and applications across various phases of the software development life cycle. Your role will involve a combination of manual and automation testing, including performance testing for web-based, mobile-based, and desktop-based projects. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of quality assurance activities for one or more software projects, ensuring end-to-end testing. - Collaborate with internal and external teams to address and resolve issues during project tasks. - Participate in product feature design discussions with Product Managers, UX engineers, architects, and developers. - Assist Customer Support in reproducing and solving customer problems. - Develop automated test suites and environments for functional and performance testing. - Analyze test results, coordinate with development teams for bug fixes, and prevent reoccurrences. - Generate and share test summary reports for management review. - Recommend and implement industry best practices, tools, and techniques to enhance testing efficiency. Qualifications Required: - 1 to 3 years of experience in manual and automation testing in the software testing field. - Hands-on experience in manual and performance testing for web-based, mobile-based, and desktop-based projects. - Knowledge of database testing, specifically MySQL or other relational/non-relational databases, is a plus. - Familiarity with at least one programming language and coding on an automation framework is advantageous. - Proficiency in leading tools for requirement management, test case management, bug management, and version control. - Strong documentation and verbal communication skills with an excellent aptitude.
