Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Review final labeled chat data after SME review and ensure accuracy, consistency, and guideline compliance.
Validate binary, multi-label, categorical, and scale-based annotations.
Track QA metrics, identify errors, and provide detailed feedback for improvement.
Collaborate with SMEs and annotation teams on edge cases.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of annotation standards and quality control processes.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (Linguistics, English, Psychology, or related fields preferred)
Minimum 4 years of experience in annotation QA, data review, or content QA
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and understanding of guidelines
Experience with annotation tools and understanding of grounded vs. hallucinated responses
Familiarity with inter-annotator agreement and quality metrics

Location - Mumbai, Delhi / NCR, Bengaluru , Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Remote(WFH)
