2 to 5 years in Software Quality Assurance, Internal Audits for ISO 9001 & CMMI both, Process definition, Process Implementation, process awareness training, metrics analysis & baselining, handling external audits/ client visits/ Sr. Management Reviews, QMS management. Job Profile: 1. Conduct Internal Audit for ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI Dev 3.0 ML3/ML5 2. Process definitions & implementation 3. Metric Analysis & Metrics Baselining 4. Analyze & Implement Process Improvement Suggestions. 5. Software engineering process improvement and definition 6. Conduct Process Awareness Trainings 7. Conduct Customer Satisfaction survey & analysis 8. QMS updates and release 9. Sr. Management Meetings/ Management Review Meetings 10.
