Quality Analyst - Automation & Business Analysis

Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic QA professional with a strong foundation in Python-based automation testing and business analysis. The ideal candidate will be adept at both manual and automated testing, possess excellent communication skills for client interactions, and have experience in end-to-end project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Python frameworks such as PyTest or Robot Framework. Conduct comprehensive manual testing to ensure software quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Engage directly with clients for requirement discussions, demos, and feature deliveries. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality deliverables. Utilize tools like Selenium, Postman, JIRA, and TestRail for testing and defect tracking. Integrate testing processes within CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/C Required Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with automation frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Robot Framework). Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Btec/BE Experience in business analysis and client-facing roles Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of additional programming languages or testing tools is a plus
