Quality Analyst

As a Quality Analyst at our Coimbatore team, you will be responsible for evaluating data quality, ensuring accuracy, and optimizing processes across multiple projects. Your analytical and proactive skills, along with expertise in SQL, web research, and market research, will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client requirements and evaluate collected data for delivery. - Analyze large datasets to assess accuracy and completeness. - Execute data validation and verification processes effectively. - Identify gaps in QA processes and implement improvements for enhanced efficiency and data quality. - Interpret data using statistical techniques and generate regular reports. - Promote a high level of data quality awareness across projects. - Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL. - Proficiency in Web Research and Market Research. - Knowledge of MongoDB is a plus. - Proficient with spreadsheets and data tools. - Good understanding of the travel industry and pricing concepts. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - 1-2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst, Research Analyst, or similar role. - Strong communication skills and fluency in English. - Team player with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders. - Proactive in identifying project risks and providing solutions. - Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
