Qualitative Research Associate- Education Research

As a Qualitative Researcher in Education Research at Prayoga, your role will involve conducting market research, utilizing analytical skills, applying ethnographic methods, and incorporating quantitative research techniques in education studies. You will work alongside the education research team, actively participating and interacting with the implementation team to achieve research objectives. Your responsibilities will include identifying relevant qualitative tools in the field of education research, contributing to their development/testing, providing support in research, data analysis, and reporting, and engaging in qualitative data analysis using software such as MAXQDA or NVivo. Qualifications Required: - Market Research and Analytical Skills - Ethnography Research experience - Strong qualitative and quantitative research abilities - Experience in conducting education research - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Graduate/master degree in science, mathematics, social sciences, humanities, or a Master's degree in Education (M.Ed), MA in Education, MA in Education Psychology, MA in Sociology, or any equivalent degree in humanities desired - Experience in qualitative data analysis and knowledge of software for qualitative data analysis like MAXQDA, NVivo, etc. Additional Company Details: Prayoga is a not-for-profit education research organization based in Bengaluru, with a focus on enhancing learning quality and utility at the school level through qualitative research in the education sector.
