You will be joining Prayoga, a not-for-profit education research organization in Bengaluru, as a full-time Qualitative Researcher in Education Research. Your main responsibilities will include conducting market research, utilizing analytical skills, applying ethnographic methods, and incorporating quantitative research techniques in education studies. To excel in this role, you should possess strong qualitative and quantitative research abilities, along with experience in conducting education research. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field is required. Additionally, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. You will work alongside the education research team, actively participating in achieving research objectives. Your tasks will involve identifying relevant qualitative tools in the field of education research, contributing to their development and testing, and providing support in research, data analysis, and reporting. Minimum requirements for this role include knowledge of qualitative data analysis, readiness to develop deeper insights into the Education domain, acumen for educational research, and adaptability to new ideas and areas of study. You should also have good hands-on experience in data analysis and strong communication skills in English. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a graduate or master's degree in science, mathematics, social sciences, humanities, or a related field. Experience in qualitative data analysis and knowledge of software such as MAXQDA or NVivo will be advantageous. Salary will be commensurate with your qualifications, expertise, and experience.
