As a qualified Chartered Accountant at APT & Co. LLP, your role will involve handling day-to-day professional assignments, ensuring their execution, and coordinating with clients across various compliance and advisory engagements. Key Responsibilities: - Independently handle and execute day-to-day assignments of the firm - Manage Income Tax and GST compliances - Assist in dealing with Income Tax / GST departmental matters such as scrutiny, notices, and appeals - Oversee EPF / ESI / EPS compliances and related filings - Manage Companies Act compliances including ROC filings and documentation - Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits - Coordinate with clients for data collection, clarifications, and timely completion of assignments - Review the work of junior staff, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines - Maintain proper documentation and compliance records Qualification Requirements: - Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a CA Firm - Good working knowledge of Income Tax, GST, EPF/ESI/EPS, Companies Act, and Audit - Basic exposure to departmental proceedings and client representation - Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills - Ability to efficiently manage multiple assignments and deadlines - Inclination towards a stable, long-term association with the firm Please note that the above details are specific to the role at APT & Co.
