Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced QC Engineer with strong Mivan construction expertise. The QC Engineer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards across all stages of Mivan shuttering, RCC works, and finishing activities to ensure the project meets required specifications and IS codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Control – Mivan Shuttering & RCC
• Inspect and ensure correct Mivan shuttering alignment, levelling, and verticality.
• Check Mivan panels, pins, wedges, wall ties, and accessories for damage and quality.
• Verify formwork oiling, cleaning, and preparation prior to concrete works.
• Conduct dimensional accuracy checks as per approved drawings.
• Concrete & Structural Quality
• Monitor concrete pouring, slump checks, cube tests, and curing processes.
• Inspect reinforcement works for cover, diameter, spacing, and cleanliness.
• Ensure structural works comply with IS codes, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Finishing & General QC
• Inspect plastering, waterproofing, flooring, painting, and joinery works.
• Conduct material quality checks and maintain test reports.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC checklists, reports, and documentation.
• Issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Co-ordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers for quality verification.
• Ensure all construction activities follow company standards and approved specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of QC experience, with minimum 2–3 years in Mivan construction.
• Strong knowledge of Mivan shuttering system and RCC quality parameters.
• Familiarity with IS codes, QA/QC standards, and safety practices.
• Good understanding of structural & architectural drawings.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
