Roles and Responsibilities: Maintain and update the Quality Control (QC) tracker to accurately reflect product quality data and metrics. Ensure timely and precise recording of quality issues, test results, and corrective actions. Coordinate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality. Assist in creating, revising, and maintaining quality process documents, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to personal care products Prepare and present detailed reports on quality performance, including trends, issues, and improvement actions to management. Qualifications : 3-5 years of experience. Btech, Bsc, Msc in any specialisation is preferred Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and best practices. Proficiency in using quality control tools, software, and tracking systems. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities.
