QC Microbiologist

Job Title: Microbiologist – Chemical Industry (0–2 Years Experience)

Location: Angaon, Bhiwandi-Wada Road

Work days: Monday-Saturday

Job Description:
We are looking for an entry-level Microbiologist to support microbial testing and contamination control within chemical manufacturing processes. The role focuses on monitoring microbial activity in raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform microbiological testing on chemical products, water systems, and environmental samples
• Monitor and prevent microbial contamination in production and storage areas
• Conduct sterility, bioburden, and endotoxin tests
• Assist in the validation of cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and safety standards

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in aseptic techniques and microbial monitoring
• Experience with analytical tools such as spectrophotometry, and microscopy
• Knowledge of microbial contamination risks in chemical processes
• Strong documentation and quality control skills
• Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and environmental monitoring protocols
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO , NABL and FSSAI standards and other relevant safety protocols.

Experience:

• Research laboratory: 1 year (Preferred)
