1. Having knowledge of FSSAI, ISO:22000 and HACCP documentation work.
2. Having good knowledge of chemical analysis of food ingredient. Like grade (count), PV value. Moisture, aflatoxin etc.
3. Candidate must have experience in food processing plant.
(preferred for peanut processing plant)
4. Candidate must have knowledge of QC activity for inward, process and out word of material. ( ie OPRP, CCP, container inspection, sampling for raw and finish good material)
5. Must having knowledge of GMP and GHP.
6. Candidate preferred from local area or ready to relocate nearby factory.
