QC Inspector (Mech Engg.)

Job Summary: You are sought to be a highly detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control (QC) Inspector to join the team specializing in pneumatic tools, such as breakers, rock drills, chipping hammers, etc. The ideal candidate should possess experience in precision mining tools assembly and spare parts like pneumatic rock drills, breakers, or equivalent experience in the automobile sector. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as air gauges, bore dial gauges, bevel protectors, along with practical workshop knowledge, is preferable. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect and verify the quality of incoming pneumatic tools, spare parts, and components against purchase specifications and drawings. - Check for any damage, defects, or deviations before stocking. - Conduct visual checks and dimensional inspections using precision instruments (e.g., air gauges, bore dial gauges, calipers, micrometers). - Ensure components meet tolerance and quality standards. - Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and test certificates. - Report non-conforming products to the quality and purchase team for corrective actions. - Ensure only approved and tested items are dispatched to customers. - Suggest improvements for quality processes and product handling. - Follow safety protocols during inspection and handling of pneumatic tools. Qualification Required: - Male Candidates Only - Preferably I.T.I / D.M.E / BE in Mechanical Please Note: Leave encashment and Provident Fund benefits are available.
