QC Executive

Education Criteria: Graduate/Post-Graduate – Textile studies

Experience: Min. 3-4 Years (Preferred – Garment Industry)

Location: Vasai Phata, Vasai (E)

Requirement:

- Candidate should have knowledge of Garment manufacturing processes.

- Should have experience of quality control of garment manufacturing from Spinning process to Finish goods.

- Knowledge of materials like Organic cotton, Polyfill, Bamboo Fabric, Polyester, Different kind of fabric use for garment etc.

- Understand requirements of certifications like GOTS, OEKO-TEX, other textile related certifications.

- Understanding of Product, process approach and quality documentation.

- Experience in Baby accessories, apparel, textile baby products etc.

- Computer knowledge MS Excel, MS World, PPT etc.

- Good communication skills.

Job Description

- Handle quality control activities at packing unit where garments are received from manufacturer.

- Make inspection report and test report of each material received from manufacturer.

- Report all product quality and product testing non-compliance to HO.

- Do rejection analysis and make report as per defect category and supplier.

- Handle team of 2-3 quality inspectors located at assembly unit.

- Quality Assurance of product at time of development and product life.

Update lot decisions and rejection data in ERP System-MS Dynamic 360.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
