Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of IT to lead our technology and ERP initiatives in a food manufacturing environment , with specific experience in Zoho ERP or similar platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of ERP systems tailored for batch production, traceability, and regulatory compliance. This role requires aligning IT infrastructure with plant operations to ensure efficiency, data visibility, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Lead implementation, customization, and management of Zoho ERP or similar systems to support production, inventory, procurement, quality, and dispatch Map factory workflows into Zoho modules, including Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator , and integration with third-party tools Ensure batch-wise traceability , shelf-life tracking, QA/QC checkpoints, and compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and BRC standards Integrate ERP with factory systems like barcoding, scanners, WMS, and production machines Manage IT infrastructure across plant and corporate locations (networking, servers, security, backups) Oversee ERP user training, change management, and support across all departments Collaborate with production, quality, finance, and supply chain heads to continuously improve processes Lead IT staff and vendors to deliver projects and maintain uptime Key Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field Proven experience in Zoho ERP (Inventory, Finance, Creator, etc.) or similar platforms in a food/FMCG setup Strong understanding of batch manufacturing, raw material tracking, WIP, BOM, expiry control , and regulatory reporting Show more Show less
