1.Customer complaints for T1 & T2 cities where the material is being supplied
2.Do 100% QC checking, sorting & grading based on BB specifications manual for material arriving at the CC3.Dump on CC material should be zero at DC4.Coordinate with an Agronomist to understand field material quality and improve harvest quality5.Drying process must be rigorously followed for all articles6.Educate farmers on Bigbaskets quality to ensure required quality materials reach CC timely7.Weekly quality benchmarking with local mandi materials vs CC materials
