QC Engineer (Ready Mix Concrete Testing) Lab Technician (Civil)

The role requires you to be responsible for checking the quality of raw materials received at the sites according to the specified standards and maintaining consistent quality raw materials in the stockyard to prevent the use of substandard materials. You will be coordinating with the material procurement department to ensure the procurement of quality materials. Additionally, your responsibilities will include supervising and overseeing the analysis, inspection, design, and testing processes to maintain the highest standards of product quality. You will be responsible for setting and implementing testing and inspection schedules, ensuring compliance with set dates and procedures, and conducting concrete mix design tasks. It is essential for you to maintain the quality manual and ensure that all employees are aware of the importance of quality and the adopted standards. You will be required to conduct quality auditing efforts to ensure compliance with QCI audits and address any quality complaints received from customers. Developing a safety culture as per company standards will also be part of your responsibilities. Having knowledge in construction materials such as cement, concrete, aggregates, chemical and mineral admixture, additives, etc., along with excellent knowledge of relevant IS codes is necessary for this role. Moreover, you will be responsible for maintaining quality records. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a total of 1 year of work experience. The work location will be in person at Ecotech 3, Plot 13A, Greater Noida.,
