This is not a typical grading role. At Shivam Jewels, a QC Diamond Grader is the final checkpoint before a diamond reaches a customer. Your eyes, your discipline, and your accuracy protect our reputation and ensure every stone we deliver reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship and trust.

What This Role Feels Like

Youll be the person who gives the final Yes before a diamond leaves our manufacturing unit.

This role is about precision, consistency, and integrity. Every stone you grade will carry Shivams name and your work ensures that what the customer receives matches exactly what was promised, without compromise.

Key Responsibilities

Final Quality Control & Grading

• Perform final QC and grading checks for polished diamonds before dispatch
• Ensure strict grading discipline is followed for colour, clarity, cut, and overall finish
• Confirm that grading is consistent with internal standards and customer requirements

Plotting & Detail Verification

• Ensure inclusions are correctly identified and plotted with accuracy
• Check symmetry, polish, proportions, and overall stone appearance
• Verify measurements, weight, and all key details before final approval

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain clean QC records and clear reporting for grading outcomes
• Coordinate with internal teams if correction, rework, or re-checks are needed
• Support continuous improvement by highlighting recurring issues observed during QC

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in diamond grading / QC (0.30 ct and above)
• Strong knowledge of grading standards and consistency in decision-making
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work under timelines while maintaining quality discipline
• Integrity-driven mindset grading must be unbiased and precise
