Job Summary

We are looking for a Mid-Level QA Engineer with strong manual and automation skills to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications through comprehensive testing strategies. Strong knowledge on Adobe commerce platforms .

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute manual test cases for Web applications and SaaS applications.
Validate checkout flows, payment gateways, shipping methods, promotions, and catalog features.
Ensure quality of integrations with ERP, CRM, OMS, payment gateways, tax, and shipping services
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Cypress /Selenium/Playwright.
Perform API testing (Postman, automated API scripts), functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
Validate data using SQL queries and database testing.
Collaborate with dev & product teams in Agile sprints.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Required Skills

4-7 years in QA, preferably in SaaS environments.
Strong experience with
Cypress /Selenium/Playwright.
Experience testing
Adobe Commerce / Magento 2 platforms
or
Salesforce e-commerce platforms
Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows (catalog, cart, checkout, payments, orders)
API testing and automation expertise.
Solid SQL and backend validation skills.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins).
