2. In Process Products non Conformity identify /raise the non-conformity follow up for the closer

3. Line clearance

4. Codes /Labels /Packing Quantity of Product verification till its finish goods release and transfer to warehouse

5. BMR Verification to Ensure its online Documentation

• System Management as per ISO 13485 Audits & NCR Closing
• Established /Develop & validate of various testing method.
• System Management as per ISO 13485 Audits & NCR Closing
• Report generation with Protocol
• Release and rejection of incoming material
• Handling of Non-conformities material
• Daily monitoring of laboratory such as room temperature & room humidity monitoring, Daily weight balance & pH meter calibration, distilled water preparation & checking, etc.

13. Monitoring of rejection Report tills its Disposition.

14. Support QC Release verification

15. Ensure floor items identification & Traceability

16. External Product testing & Report

17. Being Active Participant for Continuous Improvement/various Product development activities.

• Maintain Document control.
• External testing of material
