API Manufacturing Pharmaceutical Plant

Requirement

QC Chemist

HPLC Section

Qualification : BSc / Msc Chemistry

Experience : 2-4 years in Pharmaceutical Industry

Key Responsibilities

HPLC Analysis

Perform routine and stability sample analysis using HPLC (assay, related substances, impurities).
Operate and maintain HPLC systems (Agilent, Waters, Shimadzu, etc.).
Prepare and standardize mobile phases, buffers, and reagents.
Execute system suitability tests and ensure method compliance.

Documentation & Compliance

Prepare and review analytical worksheets, logbooks, and reports.
Follow cGMP, GLP, SOPs, and site quality systems.
Ensure data integrity in CDS software (Empower).

Method & Validation Activities

Support method validation, verification, and transfer activities.
Assist in analytical method development (AMD) as required.
Participate in OOS, OOT, deviation, and CAPA investigations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
