QC Chemist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chemist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, and scientific research. This role involves developing and optimizing chemical processes, conducting quality control analyses, and ensure the highest standards of safety and efficacy.

Duties

Analysis of milk and milk products including raw material for production (water analysis, raw material

Customer home visit and 100ml milk, sample collection (In Mumbai and Nashik) farm visit.

Perform wet chemistry experiments and biochemistry assays to support product development and quality control.

Maintain compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) throughout all laboratory activities.

Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods for various chemical compounds and formulations.

Conduct chemical analyses using advanced instrumentation such as spectrophotometers, gas chromatography, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and spectroscopy techniques.

Support regulatory submissions by preparing detailed reports on experimental findings.

Ensure laboratory safety protocols are followed at all times, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Stay current with advancements in analytical techniques such as chromatography, spectroscopy, and quantum engineering to enhance laboratory capabilities.

Required Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related scientific discipline

Proven laboratory experience in analytical chemistry, wet chemistry, or biochemistry within regulated environments like GLP or CGMP.

Proficiency with analytical instrumentation

Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).

Strong understanding of quality standards

Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in data analysis and documentation.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
