QC Analyst (Lab Tech 2)

Education/Experience: MSc (Analytical or Organic) with 4–5-year of experience

Job description:

Proven experience in all types of wet analysis

Preparation of standard solution and its standardization. Daily, weekly or monthly

standardization of instruments like pH meter, weigh balance, Potentiometric titrators and KF etc.

Sample analysis for R& D batches. Responsible for routine analysis like FTIR, Viscosity, various acid-base titrations and dissolutions.

Actively participate in analysis method development of new products. Design, develop, and characterize novel synthetic products and processes under guidance of seniors.

Analytical support to pilot batches (Technology transfer lab to plant).

Can perform under pressure, handle multiple assignments and changes in strategy.

Timely, complete, and correct entries in lab notebook and report to higher authority.

Communicating with colleagues, organization-wide across all levels. Always work as team members to all assign projects.

Maintaining a safe, clean, and accident-free work environment

Maintaining neat and tidy personal and common use spaces

Maintaining instruments and equipment in the lab for increased life and fewer breakdowns

Follow all company policies eg. holidays, work time and confidential data etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
