QA/QC Welding & Pipeline Inspector

As a Quality Control Inspector, your role involves reviewing and certifying various welding documents such as WPS, PQR, and Welder Qualification Records. You will also witness and certify Welder Performance Qualifications and supervise all NDT activities including UT, RT, MPT, PT, AUT, LRUT, and X-ray interpretation. Additionally, you will be responsible for certifying joint coating post welding, conducting inspection of hot tapping and online welding jobs, and providing TPIA services for terminal/station above-ground piping. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reviewing and certifying WPS, PQR, and Welder Qualification Records - Witnessing and certifying Welder Performance Qualifications - Supervising and certifying all NDT activities such as UT, RT, MPT, PT, AUT, LRUT, and X-ray interpretation - Witnessing and certifying joint coating post welding - Performing inspection, review, and certification of hot tapping & online welding jobs - Providing TPIA services for terminal/station above-ground piping including BOM preparation, material issue verification, activity scheduling, welding supervision, RT review, hydrotest witnessing & commissioning - Conducting defect verification, coordinating GPS/UTM location, supervising excavation, marking defect area, checking UT readings, and preparing defect reports - Supervising underground pipeline replacement as per OISD standards from mobilization to cutting, welding, and completion The qualifications and skills required for this role are: - Certifications in AWS-CWI / CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2 (preferred) - NDT Certification: Level II in UT / RT / PT / MPT (mandatory) - Good knowledge of ASME / API 1104 / OISD Standards - Strong experience in QA/QC, TPIA, and Pipeline Integrity Management - Ability to prepare inspection reports, review documents, and ensure full compliance If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply now by sharing your resume to taneesha.shukla@edlipse.com.,
