QA/QC Tester

Company Overview:

One of the largest lab-grown diamond manufacturing companies is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical QC/QA Tester to join our growing team. Objective:

To ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of products, processes, and systems by conducting thorough testing, inspections, and audits in alignment with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and execute test plans, test cases, and quality control procedures.
• Inspect products, materials, or deliverables to ensure compliance with defined quality standards.
• Identify, document, and track defects, non-conformities, or deviations during the testing or inspection process.
• Collaborate with production, development, and product teams to analyze root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain quality documentation, reports, and test records in an organized and traceable manner.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality management system (QMS) requirements.
• Participate in process improvement and continuous enhancement initiatives to optimize quality standards.
• Conduct regression, functional, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) as applicable.
• Support product release cycles by validating quality benchmarks before final approval.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with cross-functional teams regarding test results and risk assessments.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, testing processes, and documentation standards.
• Experience with manual and/or automated testing tools (if applicable to software testing environments).
• Knowledge of root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, safety protocols, or QA frameworks is an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance (Manufacturing, Production, or IT environment).
• Certification in QA/QC or relevant domain (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
