QAQC Manager Offset Printing & Packaging - Ahmedabad

As a QAQC Manager in Offset Printing & Packaging, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 10-12 QC Executives. Your role will involve conducting quality checks on raw materials, semi-finished goods, and final output. You will also review and verify job cards, ensuring strict adherence to in-process QC as per SOPs. It is essential to maintain accurate QC documentation and inspection records to minimize customer complaints by maintaining quality standards. Training staff to improve quality and reduce wastage will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to handle internal and external quality audits, implement preventive and corrective actions effectively, and work towards reducing defects and improving process efficiency. Qualifications required for this role include a B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech degree, with a preference for Quality Management certification. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in QA/QC within the Offset Printing & Packaging industry. Skills and competencies that are essential for this role include strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, high integrity, sound knowledge of QC procedures and systems, proficiency in identifying non-conformities, as well as time management, discipline, and commitment to continuous learning.
