QA/QC Incharge For Printing and packaging

As a Quality Control Inspector, your primary responsibility will be to conduct timely and accurate quality inspections of incoming raw materials and semi-finished goods. You will be in charge of ensuring that all inspections are recorded meticulously to maintain high standards of quality control. Additionally, you will be required to thoroughly check job cards and perform in-process quality control inspections according to specified frequencies. Furthermore, your role will involve conducting final quality inspections before dispatch to guarantee that all products meet the necessary quality requirements. It will be your duty to minimize quality complaints from clients by implementing effective quality improvement strategies and providing training to operators on enhancing quality and reducing errors and wastage. In the event of quality issues, you will be expected to take proactive measures to address them promptly and maintain detailed records and data related to quality control processes. Ensuring compliance with quality systems and standard operating procedures during manufacturing operations is crucial to the success of this role. Moreover, part of your responsibilities will include minimizing production wastage by improving overall quality and reducing defects. You will also be involved in handling quality audits conducted by external agencies or clients to uphold the quality standards of the organization. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
