QA/QC Executive-(Aluminium Alloy Mfg Industry)

As a Quality Systems Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting internal and external audits, as well as documentation, to uphold quality standards. - Handling the annual supplier audit for the customer, focusing on both system and process audits. - Analyzing data and generating reports on quality performance. - Planning, scheduling, ordering, and procuring raw materials based on the production plan. - Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective and preventive actions. - Ensuring maximum production target achievement by reducing losses. - Delivering production with quality, cost, and delivery targets in mind. - Managing manpower and providing training on quality standards and best practices. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement initiatives. - Ensuring total quality assurance at incoming, final, and outgoing quality stages. - Ensuring all manpower follows standard operating procedures. - Generating quality data, analyzing abnormal/special case problems, and tracking improvements. - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly. - Ensuring operator safety and managing the spectro analysis machine for testing purposes. - Checking the specifications of all alloys and working on ISO-TS documentation like MSA, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, PFD, 7QC, 8D, etc. - Being responsible for new product development and continuously monitoring rejections for scrap reduction. - Performing chemical analysis of aluminum ingots and preparing chemical and PDIR reports. - Following the 5S system and initiating Kaizen projects. Additionally, the qualification required for this role is a minimum of a Graduate degree.,
