You will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards. This includes conducting internal and external audits, handling the annual supplier audit, and analyzing data to generate quality performance reports. Your role will involve planning, scheduling, ordering, and procuring raw materials based on the production plan, as well as identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to achieve maximum production targets. In addition, you will be expected to deliver production targets with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery, while also managing manpower and providing training on quality standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement initiatives and ensuring total quality assurance at all stages of production will be crucial aspects of your job. You will also be responsible for handling customer complaints, ensuring operator safety, and performing tests on the spectro analysis machine to check alloy specifications. Furthermore, you will be required to work on various ISO-TS documentation such as MSA, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, PFD, 7QC, 8D, etc., and lead new product development initiatives. Continuous monitoring of rejections, initiating actions for scrap reduction, and conducting chemical analysis of aluminum ingots will also be part of your responsibilities. Adherence to the 5S system, initiation of Kaizen projects, and ensuring SOP compliance among all staff members are essential duties in this role. To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of a graduate degree.,
