Job Description

Job Summary:

QA/QC professional

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor the
Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC)
systems for all ongoing projects.
Ensure that construction works comply with
approved drawings, specifications, standards, and safety codes.
Conduct
regular inspections and audits
at different stages of construction.
Review
material test reports, calibration certificates, and quality documentation.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site engineers to resolve quality issues.
Prepare and maintain
quality control documentation
(inspection reports, checklists, NCRs, and corrective actions).
Monitor
concrete mix designs, steel reinforcement checks, waterproofing, plastering, and finishing works
for compliance.
Ensure quality testing of materials and workmanship as per IS codes and project specifications.
Conduct
training sessions and toolbox talks
on quality standards for site teams.
Support the Project Manager in achieving quality targets and client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of
QA/QC standards
and
construction practices
in high-rise and villa projects.
Familiarity with
IS codes, NBC, and project specifications.
Proficiency in
MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC documentation tools.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple sites and manage a team of QA/QC professionals.

Educational Qualification:

B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
Certification in QA/QC or Construction Quality Management (preferred)
