Hi All, Tech Mahindra is hiring for QAD SCM Finance Functional Consultant-Pan India Skills: QAD SCM Finance Functional, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Manufactiring Skills:8+Years Location: Pan india NP: Immediate to max 60 days Job Description: Strong functional knowledge in QAD Supply Chain - Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing and QAD Financials - Knowledge in QAD Adaptive ERP will be an added advantage - Need to be able to articulate requirements with business users, gather requirements to be formally documented in Functional Specification and Test Plan - Need to co-ordinate with developer to explain & clarify the requirement and co-ordinate with developer and business users to track the requirements to closure - Should conduct analyst-level testing and conduct validation of the delivered product by developer before handing over to the business users - Support business users with testing support in UAT session, provide training / user guide and process flow documentation - Should be able to estimate efforts for the requirements at a high level and work with developer to determine the estimation - Should be able to explore and self study any other bolt-on functionality in QAD Supply Chain and Finance modules - Should be aware of software development life cycle working - Should have excellent communication and presentation skills
