  to enhance continuous testing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit requirements, prepare test cases, and support

  UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

• Act as a bridge between development, delivery, and client teams to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Participate in defect triage, test planning, and quality review sessions.
• Maintain documentation for test artefacts, ensuring full

  traceability

  between requirements, test cases, and deliverables.
• Provide domain insights within

  claims, insurance, or healthcare systems

  for effective test coverage.

• Well-versed with AI tools and techniques

  to optimise testing and analysis efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong QA background with proven hands-on experience in manual, automation, and performance testing.
• Proficiency in Selenium, Playwright, and JMeter (or Azure Load Testing).
• Knowledge of security testing tools and practices.
• Strong scripting skills in Python/C#/PowerShell/JavaScript.
• Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD integration.
• Functional knowledge of insurance, claims, or healthcare domains.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and drive cross-functional coordination to meet delivery timelines
