Job Description Qualification: Bachelors/Masters Degree completed/pursuing in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Testing Fundamentals: Understanding of functional, regression, UI, and usability testing. Basic knowledge of test case writing and execution. Tools: JIRA, Trello, Bugzilla, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright Basic knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Familiarity with web and mobile application testing. Attention to detail and ability to think from a users perspective Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools for QA Job Responsibilities Undergo training in manual testing concepts and methodologies Learn about different types of testing (Functional, Regression, UI, etc.) Gain hands-on experience with bug tracking tools and test management tools Assist in writing test cases and test scenarios Execute manual test cases on web and mobile applications Identify and document bugs with proper steps to reproduce Report and track defects using JIRA, Trello, or other bug tracking tools Work closely with developers and senior QA engineers to resolve issues Retest bug fixes and ensure proper resolution Maintain proper documentation of test cases, test results, and defect logs Learn to create test reports and summaries Participate in team meetings and daily stand-ups Provide regular updates on testing progress and challenges Collaborate with developers, designers, and other team members
