QA Trainee

As a QA Trainee at Nucore Software Solutions, you will have the opportunity to build a strong foundation in software testing. You will be part of the QA team, testing real-world enterprise products, learning testing methodologies, and contributing to ensuring smooth product delivery and superior customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Understand project requirements and design detailed test cases. - Execute manual and automated tests to validate product quality. - Log, track, and retest defects with complete documentation. - Perform functional, regression, sanity, and other testing types. - Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues. - Follow established QA standards, processes, and best practices. - Contribute to QA reports, sprint planning, and test execution updates. - Continuously learn and adapt to new testing tools and techniques. Qualifications & Required Skills: - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. - Basic understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC. - Exposure to manual testing (automation skills are an added advantage). - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and bug tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla, etc.). - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication ability. - Eagerness to learn and grow in a QA/testing career path.
