QA Tester

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented ERP Tester with hands-on experience in textile manufacturing or apparel industry workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing ERP modules, validating business processes, and ensuring system accuracy as per real-time textile operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Test ERP modules related to Production, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Planning, Costing, and Payroll specific to textile operations.
• Understand business requirements and prepare test cases, scenarios, and checklists.
• Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Coordinate with Developers, Business Analysts, and End Users to resolve issues.
• Validate reports, dashboards, and workflow automation across processes like Knitting, Dyeing, Cutting, Stitching, Packing, Dispatch, etc.
• Support Go-Live and Post-Implementation Testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Software/ERP Testing.
• Mandatory domain knowledge of Textile / Apparel / Garment / Hosiery industry.
• Strong understanding of production cycle, stock management, job work, subcontracting, etc.
• Experience with manual testing (Automation testing knowledge is a plus).
• Familiarity with SQL / database queries for data validation.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Zoho, Tally Prime ERP, or custom-built ERP.
• Knowledge of testing tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, ClickUp, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,053.27 - ₹35,000.00 per month
