QA Tester

Role Overview: You will be working as a highly motivated QA Tester with 3 to 5 years of experience in software quality assurance. Your role will involve handling functional, performance, and security testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable products. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases, both manual and automated, based on product requirements and user stories. - Identify, document, and track software defects using a bug tracking system. - Conduct various types of functional testing, including regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Collaborate closely with development and product teams to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues promptly. - Develop and execute performance and load testing scripts to evaluate system response times, throughput, and stability under various load conditions. - Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for optimization. - Conduct basic to intermediate-level security testing to identify common security flaws. - Ensure compliance with security best practices and company policies. Qualification Required: - 3-5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing. - Experience in designing and executing test cases for functional, performance, and security aspects of software applications. - Proficiency with at least one test management tool (Jira, TestRail, ALM). - Familiarity with automated testing frameworks like Selenium and Cypress. - Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience with SQL and database testing. - Excellent analytical, communication, and written skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
