Position:

Role Overview

We are seeking a junior QA Tester with hands-on testing experience to support quality assurance for our SaaS products, including our AI-based bookkeeping platform. The role involves executing test cases, reporting issues, and ensuring product stability before release.

Key Responsibilities

Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications
Report and track defects using Zoho Sprints/ Monday.com
Perform functional, regression, and UI testing
Validate implemented features against requirements
Document test results and share feedback with the team
Collaborate with developers to ensure timely bug resolution

Requirements

6 months to 1 year experience in software testing
Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle
Good analytical and documentation skills
Basic knowledge of web-based application testing
Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with API testing tools (Postman is a plus)
Knowledge of SQL basics for data validation
Familiarity with Selenium or any automation exposure is an advantage
Basic understanding of accounting or finance domain is a plus
