QA Tester

As a QA Tester at Fleapo, you will play a crucial role in assessing software quality through manual and automated testing. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be key in finding and reporting bugs and glitches to ensure our products and systems function correctly. **Responsibilities:** - Review and analyze system specifications - Analyze test results for database impacts, errors, and usabilities - Execute test cases manually or through automation and evaluate results - Interact with clients to understand product requirements - Create logs to document testing phases and defects - Report bugs and errors to development teams - Help troubleshoot issues and conduct post-release testing - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle **Requirements and Skills:** - Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester in both Manual and Automation testing - Working knowledge of test techniques and software compatibility - Hands-on experience in Web browser Automation Testing and Frameworks - Proficiency in common scripting languages like Java, Python, C# for Selenium WebDriver API - Familiarity with Mobile Operating Systems (iOS, Android, Windows Phone) and JIRA tools - Experience in Automation API Testing & Database testing is a plus - Knowledge of project management, QA methodology, Agile frameworks, and regression testing - Ability to document and troubleshoot errors, and familiarity with test management software and SQL - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Strong organizational skills with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field In addition to the challenging responsibilities, you will enjoy benefits like a flexible schedule, health insurance, and paid sick time.
