QA Test Manager (Actuarial)

Role Overview: You will be a Test Manager (Actuarial) based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing the entire testing process, developing and executing test strategies and test cases, and overseeing test execution. Your role will involve coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring the quality and reliability of actuary systems, and providing reports on testing outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for the Accounting and Reporting workstream. - Lead and manage the testing team, ensuring all test activities are completed on time and within budget. - Coordinate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure alignment on testing requirements and objectives. - Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Manage the integration testing with Azure Databricks Data Repository. - Identify, document, and track defects and ensure their resolution. - Implement and manage test automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and Python. - Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
