QA Test Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central

As a QA Analyst at Cyncly in Kochi, India, you will play a crucial role in testing Microsoft Business Central applications to ensure they meet functional and performance standards. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with developers and product teams, designing and executing automated test cases, and identifying and resolving issues early in the development lifecycle. Your work will be integral in delivering high-quality solutions to support our customers. In this role, you will need to have availability during 12:30pm IST to 9:30pm IST. Your key responsibilities will involve developing a strong understanding of the ERP software, conducting black box software testing for web and non-web applications, and ensuring high-quality product delivery by executing test cases for various software modules. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive test coverage for new features and bug fixes. To excel in this role, you must have experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central, proficiency in manual and automated testing, excellent attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills. Moreover, you should be able to work effectively with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to identify defects and performance issues. Ideally, you should possess an MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience. A background in testing software for the manufacturing industry, familiarity with CAD design, 2D/3D modeling, and drawing tools, and experience with ERP applications would be advantageous.
