As a QA Analyst at Cyncly, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of Microsoft Business Central applications. By collaborating with developers and product teams, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be key in identifying and resolving issues early in the development lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop a strong understanding and ability to use the ERP software. - Design, write, and execute automated test cases. - Perform black box software testing for both web and non-web applications. - Create and execute test cases for various software modules to ensure high-quality product delivery. - Collaborate with developers and product teams to achieve comprehensive test coverage for new features and bug fixes. - Participate in defect and performance issue identification, reproduction, and resolution. - Provide feedback to the development team, track test progress, and ensure alignment with project timelines. **Key Requirements:** - Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central is necessary. - Proven experience in manual and automated testing. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects and performance issues. - Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex software issues. - Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other QA team members. **Preferred Qualifications:** - MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or relevant technical field, or equivalent experience. - Background in testing software for the manufacturing industry, with knowledge of CAD design, 2D/3D modeling, and drawing tools. - Experience in testing ERP applications.
