QA Technical Lead

Develop and execution of test scripts and validation of test results (manual and automated) Contribute to performance testing for New Feature testing Provide feedback to team on product quality, call out risks/ issues and can balance quality with time bound delivery Performs variety of quality assurance tasks What are some of the things this person will be responsible for on a day-to-day basis Participate in scrum meetings Write well documented testcases covering end to end scenarios for new features development and its execution Participate in testcase review process Participate in estimating QA efforts Participate in automation script creation and failure analysis Share technical information with the team and to a wider audience when appropriate What are the things that cannot be taught or learned within the first 6-12 months of starting their job Manual Testing Experience UI Automation expertise 4-6 years hands on experience on Web UI manual and automation Testing Experience working with Agile methodologies and working knowledge of SDLC Ability to learn new technology quickly Selenium Automation / Rest Assured knowledge Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and milestones efficiently
