QA Technical Lead

Role Overview: As a Quality Assurance Engineer at PTC, you will be responsible for testing software to validate customer defects using industry standard practices. Your expertise in PTC's Creo and Windchill Software Products will be crucial in enhancing Software Quality and improving customer experience. You will work as an individual contributor, applying engineering and testing skills effectively to test Engineering Design Products. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor incoming customer bugs and conduct QA investigations - Identify regression builds and provide suitable workarounds - Collaborate with Product Managers and subject matter experts - Work closely with Technical Support teams to address customer bugs effectively Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering - Minimum 5 to 7 years of industry experience in CAD Design using Creo or equivalent testing experience in Creo/Windchill - Expertise in Creo, particularly in Creo-Windchill Interaction, 2D/3D Interface, Manufacturing, and Simulation - Exposure to other industry-leading PLM/CAD/CAM/CAE software would be advantageous - Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams - Ability to quickly learn new enhancements in Products and adapt as required - Capability to evolve and improve processes based on the evolving needs of the industry Life at PTC: At PTC, you will have the opportunity to utilize cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world and work alongside talented industry leaders to make a difference.
