QA Software Tester

As a Software Tester (QA) at Digiflux Technologies Private Limited in Vadodara, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality standards of our software development lifecycle. Your expertise in manual Software Testing will be instrumental in identifying defects, enhancing user experience, and contributing to the success of our projects. Working closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, you will create detailed test cases, track defects, and improve testing processes to deliver top-notch digital solutions. - Develop and execute comprehensive test cases based on project requirements - Ensure coverage of all application functionality through manual testing - Identify, log, and prioritize defects for resolution - Track and manage defects through closure with effective communication - Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-up meetings - Conduct regression testing and verify fixes for reported defects - Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and documentation - Contribute to enhancing testing processes and best practices - Provide accurate time and resource estimates for testing efforts Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field - Relevant certifications such as ISTQB are a plus Mandatory Skills: - Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle and Bug Life Cycle - Experience in Requirement Analysis and Test Case Design - Expertise in writing test scenarios, test cases, and test data preparation - Knowledge of functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing - Experience in Agile teams and attending daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Good to Have: - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities - Experience testing across multiple browsers and devices - Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools such as JIRA The role is based in Vadodara and requires a full-time on-site presence.
