QA QC Manager - Printing Industry - Ahmedabad

As the QA QC Manager in the Printing Industry, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10-12 QC Executives. Your primary duties will include conducting timely and accurate quality inspections and maintaining records of incoming raw materials and semi-finished materials. You will also be in charge of checking job cards, ensuring in-process QC inspections are done as per standard frequency, and conducting final quality inspections before dispatch. Your role will involve minimizing quality complaints from clients by implementing effective quality control measures. You will be required to provide training to QC Executives and operators to enhance quality, reduce errors, and minimize wastage. Taking preventive and corrective actions when necessary, maintaining records and data, and ensuring adherence to quality systems and SOPs during manufacturing processes are also key aspects of the job. Additionally, you will be responsible for reducing production wastage by improving quality and reducing defects. Handling quality audits by external agencies or clients will be part of your duties. The position is full-time with a day shift schedule, based in Changodar, Ahmedabad. Salary will be negotiable based on interview discussions.
