Description

We are seeking a skilled QA QC Inspector to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the required quality standards and specifications. This role requires a proactive approach to quality control and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct inspections and tests on materials and products to ensure quality standards are met.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Perform audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Provide training and support to staff on quality control practices.
Prepare reports on quality performance and recommend improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
5-10 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control in manufacturing or construction.
Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment such as calipers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
