Job Description

We are hiring for leading waterproofing organization. Role : QA/ QC Engineer Location : Chennai & Bengaluru Experience : 3 - 5 Year ( Candidate should be from EPC Construction Background or residential or commercial ) Education : BE CIVIL Salary : Negotiable Responsibilities : Monitor contract performance against project milestones, budget, and other established metrics. Perform technical contract reviews for construction and procurement contracts. Assist project teams with the review of all key civil project documents and update owner obligations in the project obligation log. Manage the organizational responses to civil RFIs and submittals based on the design requirements and contract documents. Manage the compliance review of all EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) civil project job books for all scopes of work. Arrange for and organize regularly scheduled project meetings to facilitate, confirm, and communicate the status of progress and assign tasks.
