Job Summary:
* Develop and implement quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) plans for civil construction works.* Review drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure compliance.* Monitor material quality, workmanship, and construction methods on-site.* Inspections & Testing* Conduct daily site inspections for civil works (concrete, steel, masonry, finishing, etc.).* Witness material testing (concrete cubes, soil compaction, steel tensile tests, etc.) as per standards.* Maintain test reports and quality records.* In-depth Knowledge of Concrete Mix Design* Documentation* Prepare Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements (MS), and Quality Checklists.* Maintain NCR (Non-Conformance Reports), corrective actions, and follow-up for closure.* Keep quality records in line with ISO/QMS requirements.* Coordination & Compliance* Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality issues.* Ensure compliance with IS codes, IRC, ASTM, ACI, and other relevant standards.* Support site teams in implementing construction best practices.* Audits & Reporting* Conduct internal quality audits and participate in client/third-party audits.* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.* Highlight quality risks and recommend preventive measures.Key Skills & Competencies:* Strong knowledge of civil construction materials and testing. * Familiarity with quality standards (IS codes, BIS, ASTM, ACI, etc.).* Proficiency in QA/QC documentation and report preparation.* Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.*Good communication and coordination skills.* Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.Male Candidates Preferred
