Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA/QC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, with a strong understanding of industry standards and testing methodologies. You will play a key role in ensuring that products, processes, and systems meet defined quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and inspection plans
• Conduct quality audits, inspections, and testing at various stages of production or development
• Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conformities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
• Maintain records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality protocols and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma - Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or Bachelor’s degree - Civil / Mechanical / Electrical.
• 2-5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within relevant industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
