QA Manger - Garment Export House

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive QA manager to lead our Quality Assurance Department. The ideal candidate will ne responsible for maintaining the highest product quality standards across all production stages , ensuring compliance with buyer requirements and managing a team of quality checkers , inline QA staff and final inspections teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quality Management: Manage the company's quality standards, including product quality, quality systems, and quality processes, to ensure effective operation of the quality department.

- Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and motivate the quality team to improve performance and develop team capabilities to meet current and future business needs.

- Buyer Coordination: Handle buyers' product safety audits and ensure compliance with buyer standards.

- Quality Audits: Conduct quality audits for bulk fabrics and trims, and provide technical guidance to the quality control team.

- Training and Development: Identify training needs, create training plans, and conduct training programs to improve team members' skills and knowledge.

Requirements and Skills:

Experience: Minimum 10+

- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of garment production processes, quality control procedures, and quality assurance systems.

- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

- Analytical Skills: Good analytical skills to identify quality issues and provide solutions.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, Google Drive, and database systems.P

Job Requirements:

- Graduate Degree: A graduate degree in a relevant field, such as textiles, fashion, or quality assurance.

- Quality Certifications: Knowledge of quality certifications, such as AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) and GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), sedex etc , QMS etc.
